These looked great - don't get me wrong, but we spent almost 2 hours putting everything together the night before the party. You have to blow up the balloons, string the balloons, puff up the tissue paper balls, string the tissue paper balls, create the tassels, string the tassels. It was just a lot. They were cute. Our daughter loved them, but never again!

This was horrible ... I would have gave it zero starts I'f i could. The letters popped and several wouldn't even float. The confetti balloons wouldn't float and one of the purple ballons either. The color and other decor was great however the "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" balloons are so cheap!!!!

The pack only included 9 balloons, 3 of which (the dark purple ones) did not blow up manually or using a helium machine. There was no instructions for putting together the tissue pom poms and all of the balloons had a toxic smell

I was under the impression balloons came with this set there were none... the set only consisted of tissue paper flowers I definitely wouldn't have spent $28.00 on tissue paper I thought it came with latex balloons and balloons that spelled happy birthday .. very deceiving
